Dennis L. Wagner serves as Co-Chairman of the Board for Senior Living Management Corp. Mr. Wagner is the founder of Senior Living Management Corporation. He has over 30 years of experience in the senior housing industry. Starting his career in the senior housing industry, Dennis went on to Manor Care as their Assisted Living Product Manager then to Marriott Senior Living Services as their National Director of Catered Living. He served Retirement Management Corporation (RMC) as Vice President utilizing and expanding his Assisted Living management skills throughout the southeastern United States. Uri Rubin
President and Chief Executive Officer of Senior Living Management Corporation and its affiliates

Uri Rubin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Senior Living Management Corporation and its affiliates. Mr. Rubin oversees the strategic direction and management of the operating companies of SLMC and the real estate entities of SLM Property Holdings. Prior to being promoted to CEO in 2018, he served as CFO of SLMC for over 15 years. He has an extensive background in financial management of retirement facilities as well as community-level financial and accounting procedures. Before joining Senior Living Management Corporation, he worked at Ernst & Young in New York City in the Metropolitan Tax Department. Next, he established a management company that supported Senior Housing back office functions. His experiences include assessment analysis and financial feasibility of projects in the development stage, new construction facilities, turn-around of challenged communities and securing capital sources, debt and equity for acquisition pipeline.

John Panskoy
Chief Financial Officer

John Panskoy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Senior Living Management Corporation and its affiliates. Mr. Panskoy oversees the accounting, financial, and IT functions of SLMC and its related parties. Prior to joining SLMC in 2005, he worked in public accounting for 10 years, primarily as an audit manager with a focus on real estate and multi-family housing. In addition to financial accounting, Mr. Panskoy also has experience in the taxation of corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. Mr. Panskoy has a BS in Accounting and CPA Certificate from the state of Delaware.

Ashleigh Caswell
Corporate Director of Marketing for Senior Living Management Corporation

Ashleigh Caswell, MBA, CDP, VDTF serves as Corporate Director of Marketing for Senior Living Management Corporation. Ashleigh loves spending time with residents and finding new ways to engage and have fun with them. Her favorite day of the year is annual Senior Prom and seeing the smiles and joy on the resident's faces. Ashleigh is a Virtual Dementia Tour Facilitator, and has made it a mission to spread dementia awareness and knowledge to caregivers, first responders, and professionals working with people who are living with Dementia by sharing the Virtual Dementia Tour with all of SLM and their community partners.

Rebekah Bradley
Corporate Director of Sales for Senior Living Management Corporation

Rebekah Bradley serves as Corporate Director of Sales for Senior Living Management Corporation. Rebekah grew up in Florida and attended the University of Florida (BBA). Rebekah recently returned to her Florida home in 2020 after living in Texas for several years. She started in senior living as a receptionist and throughout the last 14 years Rebekah has held many roles within the senior living industry. The bulk of Rebekah's experience has been in sales, from a community sales director, sales specialist, regional sales director, and regional director of operations, prior to her role of Corporate Director of Sales. She is passionate about the sales process and loves helping community teams be successful in helping families find solutions during their time of need. Rebekah is passionate about providing our residents with supportive and enriching environments in each of our communities. In her free time, Rebekah spends time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys watching Gator games, reading and gardening and is also a little bit of a gaming nerd!

Tori Gober serves as Regional Director of Operations in Georgia and Louisiana for Senior Living Management Corporation. In this role she provides operational oversight for multiple assisted living, personal care home, independent living and memory support communities. Tori has served in various capacities during her senior housing career including as an Executive Director of Assisted Living over many years and in Senior Housing Sales and Marketing. She is delighted to be part of the SLM Team serving seniors! Tori enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time on the lake with family in her free time.

Heidi Kuchenbacker-Robbins
Regional Director of Operations

Heidi Kuchenbacker-Robbins, MBA, CDP, VDTF serves as Regional Director of Operations in Florida for Assisted Living and for Senior Living Management Corporation's Skilled Nursing Facility portfolio. Heidi’s career has been split between the for-profit and non-profit worlds. She began her professional career in South Florida serving people with developmental disabilities. Along the way she was asked by a colleague not to “come work” but to “come play” at Hibiscus Court Assisted Living Community. 18 years later with SLM, Heidi has dedicated her career to serving seniors. Heidi is currently the Facilitator for the Brevard County Healthcare Coalition mapping new strategies for healthcare transitions and communication. Heidi has been trained by Teepa Snow who is at the forefront of education in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders; her goal is to educate people in The Positive Approach so families and caregivers can better serve their loved ones with dementia. In her spare time, Heidi is competitive rower with Row Brevard and volunteers with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society leading night time turtle walks for the general public. She and her husband live in Melbourne Beach and can often be found either on the dock or by the seashore with their dogs and grandchildren.

Driven by her enthusiasm, Tenise takes pride in striving to continuously guarantee that excellent senior care is provided from a successful team of healthcare employees that are a product of the best collective workplace experience, employees that value and are deeply involved in completing Employee Training and Development, while capturing and aiding to support a positive workplace culture. Tenise is originally from the Tallahassee, Fl region. In her free time, she appreciates investing time with her family on the water fishing or inventive mother and me excursions with her 13 yr old daughter and Shih Tzu. Tenise’s mission is to work towards educating and to provide a excellent senior living experience for all residents and famillies.

Natalie was born and raised in Miami, FL and graduated from Florida International University with her Bachelors degree in 2016. Natalie was introduced to the senior living industry in 2017 and has been part of the healthcare industry since then. She loves the residents in each community and considers them all family. Her mission is to make sure that we help those who are in need of finding the right community for their loved ones and ensuring that each resident is happy in their new home. Natalie enjoys spending time with her three dogs along with taking weekly visits to see her grandmother. She also enjoys spending time at the boxing gym with her coach and enjoys being active.
