Physical Therapy
Work with our licensed physical therapists to rebuild strength or to regain mobility. Our Therapists use their expertise to help treat acute, or chronic pain, immobility, and/or physical impairments resulting from injury, trauma or illness.
Occupational Therapy
Through Occupational therapy, develop, recover and improve, the skills needed for daily living and working. Our occupational therapists help people recover independent daily activity skills to improve quality of life.
Speech Therapy
Designed to address problems with speaking, language, and swallowing. Our speech therapists assist people in recovering functions through a variety of therapies and approaches.
Cove to Court Transition Program
Residents at Savannah Cove are eligible for the Cove to Court Transition Program, supporting the needs of a resident as they transfer from skilled nursing to assisted living at Savannah Court. The Cove to Court program supports residents physically, medically, therapeutically, and emotionally as they make the easy transition from rehab environment to their senior living apartment.
