SITE DEVELOPMENT- Often, the success or failure of each new assisted living community is dependent upon location, depth of the market, and innovative marketing. SLM provides the necessary experience to a new developer and assists in assuring that the chosen site meets certain pre-determined criteria. Prior to any suggestions of site improvement or commencement of construction, issues of zoning & licensure are resolved, and a local market analysis is provided to the owner.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS - Gathering reliable information, analyzing the data, and reporting it in a clear and useful manner is the goal of SLM’s study of each competitor in the market. The information that is extracted from a detailed analysis of the local long-term care market is extremely vital to the planning and implementing the strategies of the project. SLM is constantly building its database with LTC information nationwide.
DEMOGRAPHICS & FEASIBILITY- With the aid and support of associated services, SLM provides the necessary information of each site’s viability and market potential. PROTOTYPE DESIGN- SLM is now finalizing a prototype ALF product for the benefit of the developer and owner. The package significantly reduces the developmental and design costs associated with a new community. The prototype also reduces the amount of time involved in development, design, construction, and marketing of the community. The community was designed by taking into account every aspect of the assisted living process including safety and comfort for the residents. The prototype assures affordability for the residents while maximizing ROI for the owners. This prototype community will be available in several sizes to suit various markets.
