Dennis L. Wagner serves Senior Living Management Corporation as President & CEO. He is the founder of Senior Living Management Corporation. With over 25 years of experience he remains an asset to SLMC. Starting his career in the hospitality industry, Dennis went on to Manor Care as their Assisted Living Product Manager then to Marriott Senior Living Services as their National Director of Catered Living. Dennis served Retirement Management Corporation (RMC) as Vice President utilizing and expanding his Assisted Living management skills throughout the southeastern United States. The natural career path was for Dennis to develop his own company thus Senior Living Management Corporation at it’s affiliates exist, grow and expand today. Dennis was the foundation of the development of the Savannah Court line of communities SLMC proudly operates today.
Dennis has served on the board of the Florida Retirement Housing Council for many years as President, is widely known and respected by his associates and the community.
Uri Rubin, Vice President & CFO, Senior Living Management Corporation
Uri Rubin serves Senior Living Management Corporation as Vice President & CFO. He joined SLMC 10 years ago bringing with him an extensive background in financial management of retirement facilities as well as facility-level financial and accounting procedures. Before joining SLMC Uri worked at Ernst & Young in New York City in the Metropolitan Tax Department. Next, he established a management company that supported Assisted Living Facilities’ ‘back-office’ functions. Uri’s experiences include assessment analysis and financial feasibility of projects in the development stage, new construction facilities, turn-around of troubled facilities and securing debt financing/equity investments for facilities.
Uri earned his MBA from FIU. Together with a carefully selected team of home office professionals he oversees the day-to-day financial management and Information Technology of SLMC.
Bart A. Palumbo, Senior Vice President, Senior Living Management Corporation
Bart A. Palumbo serves Senior Living Management Corporation as Senior Vice President. His operations and marketing responsibilities include oversight of all communities in Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Having more than 15 years of experience in the senior housing industry, over 5 with SLMC, he has earned a reputation for excellence and integrity and is widely respected by his peers.
Bart has served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Assisted Living Association for 5 years, was the Broward County Chapter President from 1994 thru 1997 and was awarded Administrator of the year by FALA in 1997. As a hospitality entrepreneur Bart was introduced to Senior Housing in the late 1980’s and went on to serve Marriott Senior Living Services and Classic Residence by Hyatt through the 1990’s as a General Manager and Executive Director further developing his experience.
Linda Ellis, Financial Operations Director, Senior Living Management Corporation
Linda Ellis serves Senior Living Management Corporation as Financial Operations Director. She joined the SLMC Team in 2001 and has been instrumental in the growth of SLMC through development and refinement of staffing, human resources and financial operations.Linda brings 20 years of management experience from her varied career.
To name a few highlights Linda managed a business office for a large family owned assisted living community from the late 1980’s to the 1990’s. She moved on to administrate Bristol Park, a new construction state of the art assisted living community in Coral Springs, Florida. Linda’s responsibilities included oversight of all property operations, finances and marketing. This community was fast to reach occupancy goals under Linda’s guidance. Linda served Florida Assisted Living Association for over 5 years of related experience in Senior Housing.
Rene Sanz Jr., Director of Operations & Marketing, Senior Living Management Corporation
Rene Sanz, Jr. serves Senior Living Management Corporation as Director of Operations & Marketing. His operations and marketing responsibilities for SLMC include oversight of five licensed communities in Florida, one in Georgia and one in Pennsylvania. Rene has over 12 years of experience in the senior housing industry, with over four years associated with SLMC. Rene specializes in the operations and marketing of larger senior housing communities and is widely respected for both his knowledge and his passion for the industry.
Rene served Brookdale Senior Living of Chicago for over 4 years as Executive Director of The Classic at West Palm Beach and The Preserve at Palm Aire where he earned two leadership awards “Most Improved Resident Satisfaction’ and “Highest Occupancy Growth”.
Ric Winkler, Regional Director of Operations, Senior Living Management Corporation
Ric Winkler serves SLM as Regional Director of Operations and supports the Skilled Nursing Facilities, as well as Assisted Living Communities. He began his career in 1979 as a licensed nursing home administrator in Indiana and re-located to Florida in 1982. Prior to SLM, Ric was a Regional Director for Florida and Georgia with Sun Health Group, Indiana Operations Director for Extendicare and later Southeast VP for Alterra.
Ric has been active in trade associations, including the original FHCA multi-facility committee. He has been a legal guardian, holds a real-estate license and has been certified as an expert witness in the areas of operations and marketing in the Florida C.O.N. process. Ric has devoted his career to providing consistent value to the customer, combined with sound business practice and a reliable work environment for employees.
Ginger Snyder, Director of Sales & Marketing, Senior Living Management Corporation
Ginger Snyder serves Senior Living Management Corporation as Director of Sales and Marketing. Her responsibilities include providing sales and marketing specific direction, support and leadership to all Senior Living Management communities. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a fifth year Certification in Gerontology from Lander University. She has served the Senior Living industry for over sixteen years in multiple positions working with communities throughout the United States.
Ginger has been privileged to hold leadership positions within the Senior Housing Industry for several National & Regional Companies. Positions held include: Marketing Director, Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations and Sales, and Chief Marketing Officer.
Ginger is passionate about the residents, families and employees that we serve. As a member of the Senior Living Management team, Ginger brings expertise, enthusiasm, creativity and positive direction as we continue to expand our focus on serving senior adults.
