In 1999, SLMC opened the first Savannah Court Assisted Living Residence in Bartow, Florida. Conceived and specifically designed to provide quality assisted living accommodations with personalized services for seniors, the concept has proven so successful that SLMC now operates 13 Savannah Courts throughout Florida and Georgia.

The Savannah Courts of Maitland and The Palm Beaches are larger size communities, that, in addition to their assisted living residence, offer on-site specialized skilled nursing and rehabilitative services within Savannah Cove. Savannah Coves are licenses skilled nursing residences, reputable in the healthcare profession for the personalized care and attention provided to each resident.

The first Savannah Grand Assisted Living Residence, in Sarasota, Florida, joined the SLMC family in 2006. The concept has now been expanded to Savannah Grands of Amelia Island, Florida and Towne Lake, Georgia.

SLMC is also a leader in providing specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care in communities designed specifically for those with memory loss. Purpose built and free standing Savannah Cottage Memory Care Residences serves the needs of seniors and their families from locations in Lakeland, Florida; Oviedo, Florida; and Savannah, Georgia. Also within Savannah Courts of Lake Oconee and Newnan, Georgia; Savannah Grand of Amelia Island and Savannah Court of The Palm Beaches, Florida, we offer a smaller more intimate memory care residence.

Additionally, Hibiscus Court of Melbourne, Florida and The Peninsula of Hollywood, Florida offer both an assisted living and memory care residence. Willow Lake of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania provides the option of independent living or assisted living.
